Support for Early Stage Exporters l Information Session
Date: Tuesday 15th June
Time: 10.00 - 11.15
Want to get out there and explore new export markets? Invest Northern Ireland can help.
Our unique combination of export experience, professional trade advice, industry knowledge and in-market expertise will help make it easier by supporting your business to overcome perceived barriers and debunk exporting myths. We work closely with your business to develop new sales opportunities in new markets.
We have developed a range of export capability programmes that support First Time, Early Stage Exporters and SMEs wanting to develop and grow their business outside Northern Ireland or diversify into new markets.
Invest NI’s Early Stage Exporters and Capability Team will be joined by local businesses at this virtual information session on Tuesday 15 June to discuss the support available to early-stage exporters through our capability workshops and market entry programmes.
Programmes that will be reviewed as part of the event include:
Practical Export Skills Workshops
Providing practice-based advice and guidance, these workshops give new, emerging exporters the opportunity to develop their knowledge of exporting processes and help more experienced exporters refresh and update their understanding of best practices.
Grow Beyond
Grow Beyond is designed to help Invest NI customers within manufacturing and tradeable services to develop an action plan and export sales opportunities in the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.
Trade Advisory Service
Invest NI’s Trade Advisory Service (TAS) offers 1:1 support from an export adviser to help identify and address your company’s specific challenges to selling successfully outside Northern Ireland.
Going Dutch
Going Dutch is designed to help Invest NI customers achieve their first international sales in mainland Europe, specifically The Netherlands. The Programme includes one to one business support, tailored market research, a group export market visit to meet with pre-qualified potential Dutch partners and a blueprint for exporting that is transferable to other markets.
Graduate to Export
Our Graduate to Export Programme helps Northern Ireland companies achieve growth by providing financial support to employ a graduate for 18 months and a fully funded training programme to take forward a market research project that targets a specific overseas market.
