Name of Accompanying Person

This package is for those attending the ICC Belfast in person, and accompanied to the event by someone in a support role. 

Delegates selecting this option, should provide the name of the accompanying person.  There is no ticket charge for an accompanying person.

Social and Fringe Programme

Monday 6th June 6.00pm - 8.00pm

Venue: Titanic Hotel,  Queen’s Road, Belfast BT3 9DT

Delegates are invited to a reception in the Titanic Hotel for an evening of light refreshments, welcome remarks, entertainment, and early networking opportunities.

 

Tuesday 7th June 7.15pm - 9.00pm

Venue: Belfast City Hall

Hosted by Belfast City Council, this Reception brings together selected representatives and leaders across local and international Business and Public Sectors, for an evening of focussed networking and light refreshments.

To open this event, we are delighted to present an exclusive collaboration by Andrea Begley.

 

Thursday 9th June, 9.30am – 11.30am   (Registration and networking 9.30am - 10.00am)

Venue: Invest NI, 1 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7ES 

Hosted in Invest NI’s headquarters, this business briefing will offer visiting international business leaders a showcase of Northern Ireland and allow for networking and specific focused discussions.

 

Thursday 9th June, 9.30pm – 12.00noon

Venue: Stormont Estate, Ballymiscaw Road, Belfast BT4 3XX 

This closed session will connect Senator Harkin and invited senior delegates to engage directly with young disabled people from NI, to hear their perspectives, share their experiences, and encourage their career aspirations.

 

Thursday 9th June, 1.30pm – 4.00pm

Venue: Stormont Estate, Ballymiscaw Road, Belfast BT4 3XX 

Join Chris Lynch, CEO of 1 in 5 and Film Maker for a showcase of initiatives Aimed at Closing the Disability Employment gap.

Shuttle Bus Service

Most hotels are within a short distance from our Summit venue, and Belfast has excellent public and private transport links. A limited accessible shuttle bus service will run between selected hotels and our venue, intended for anyone who needs this as an adjustment / accommodation.

Pre-booking of the service is essential to ensure capacity. A follow-up email will be issued closer to the time to advise arrangements and timeslots for all pre-bookings.

The deadline for booking the shuttle service has passed. If you need urgent assistance with transfers to the ICC please email harkinbelfast@event-ful.co.uk
